The root Sankrit word of Nada is generally referred to as sound but the root meaning is - 'to flow' stemming also from the various words nadi - 'river' and also - 'energy line’.
So here is a blog for us to share what exactly does that mean for the Nada Yogi on a personal level? What would it mean to be a Nada Yogi -and how does one follow the highest ideals of Yoga through the practice of music?
